On New Year’s Eve we had guests for dinner, Michael from London and others. And this was our menu:


Red Snapper Sticks in a sesame coat on a salad of herbs and cresses with a mango sauce in a basket

“Surf and Turf”: Fillets of beef in a coat of bacon stuffed with goose liver accompanied by Brussels sprouts and French beans
Jumboshrimp in a garlic sauce
Red Bliss Potatoes

    I am from China,we need to know what is your expression on the above wine and it is your first time to drink this wines or not,as we also can buy from China Now.I also like this wines very much.
